Order Processing Orders typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the Darkside. On occasion, one order may ship from separate snowboard shop and different times. If this occurs, you will receive a shipping email confirmation once each order is shipped. If any product on your order is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss substitutions or other solutions.
Security All payments are processed securely over a secure connection (SSL) and automatically processed through our payment gateway at Authorize.net.

Product Warranty Policy Darkside does not offer or issue any warranties on the products sold on our website. Customers must contact the manufacturer for any and all warranty issues in regards to the product they purchased. Our Customer Service Department will be more than happy to assist you by providing any information we can that will help you get in contact with the manufacturer.
Darkside Return Policy There are no returns on International orders/shipments. We will gladly REFUND any item that was purchased at the full retail price within 7 days of the date on the receipt/transaction. We will gladly issue STORE CREDIT for any item that was purchased at a discount (1%-15%) within 7 days of the date on the receipt. Any items that were purchased at clearance discount (20% or more) are considered a FINAL SALE and are not refundable at any time- SORRY! Any item returned must be all original tags intact and must not be used or worn on snow.
Absolutely no returns or exchanges on worn goggles, gloves, hats or facemasks. Defective merchandise is covered under warranty by the manufacturer and not by Darkside Snowboards. Please ask if you have any questions regarding the return policy or if you have warranty questions.
