If you plan to be in the Okemo, Killington or Stowe area, you are more than welcome to pick up your order in our retail stores.
Current shipping rates for U.S. orders and corresponding delivery time estimates are determined in your online shopping cart, prior to checkout. To find out what the shipping rate is for a particular purchase, just add your product(s) to the cart. To see a delivery date estimate for each shipping option, enter your zip code and click the Calculate button.
All Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Items ordered together may ship separately. All orders shipped with free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping and handling charges. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from our stores.
Signatures are required for orders over $250, all first time orders with different bill to and ship to addresses. All suspect orders are subject to verification- orders will be held until verified.
Only residents in Vermont are required to pay sales tax.
If after placing your order you realize that you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call us immediately at 802-422-8600. There is no guarantee that when you call your order will still be in our processing department as it may have already gone out. We will do our best to help. We reserve the right to ship or not ship any product at any time for whatever reason!
You may return your unused product for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of the purchase date. You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement. To request an exchange, please call us at 802-422-8600 or email email@example.com. To exchange your item for something else, it is best to return your item for a full refund and place a new order through our website. That way you get your new item quickly and don't risk it selling out.

Darkside carries goods from a variety of snowboard companies. We may not be able to ship a brand's products to addresses outside the US due to the terms of our dealer agreements. We primarily offer USPS to international orders. To find the shipping options and cost, place the items you would like to order in your shopping cart. We don't guarantee delivery times. Delays can occur if we need to verify your order or in the event of adverse weather conditions or other carrier or custom delays.
Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed on darksidesnowboards.com. As the importer of record, you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. Accordingly, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.
For direct website international orders, we accept only Visa® and MasterCard®. Paypal checkout is also accepted for direct website orders to many countries.
