Free Shipping
- If your order is eligible for free shipping, you will see a Free Shipping option listed as a shipping method. You must select the Free Shipping option to have it applied to your order.
- Your subtotal for your items must be $200 or over to qualify for free shipping.
- No sales tax on orders outside Vermont.
- Free shipping is not offered with promo/coupon codes.
- Not valid on international orders
- All orders returned will be charged the original shipping charges
- Some oversized items are excluded such has travel bags and board bags with wheels.
- Free economy ground orders are shipped within 2 business days with
a total delivery time of 3-6 days. If we are having a problem processing your order
we will send you an e-mail.
- The order will be delayed if order has a different ship to address than the billing address.
This is due to the credit card verification process (up to 12 hour delay).
