At this time, we can't ship to PO, APO, or FPO addresses.

Darkside Snowboards accepts international orders from the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Wales.

How Long Does An International Shipment Take?

Transit times for international shipments vary but typically take 2-7 business days.

GETTING A SHIPPING QUOTE for International shipping

To get a shipping quote follow these steps:

Click "Checkout"
Sign-In or create a new account

You will receive a list of shipping services with the cost & amount of time it will take for your gear to be delivered. Please keep in mind that these charges DO NOT include duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by your country.

Restrictions

Darkside Snowboards will not ship an order internationally if a manufacturer has restrictions for shipping items outside of the US. We will notify you and cancel the order if you try to order a restricted item.

Please note, all international order sales are final and we cannot accept any returns or exchanges

Requirements

International orders must meet the following requirements before orders are processed and shipped:

Shipping and billing address must be the same
A faxed credit card statement which contains your billing address.

Import Duties and Taxes

Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed on our website. As the importer of record, you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.

UPS Custom Clearance Fees for Canada

If the customer fails to pay these fees and they are assessed to Darkside, the customer's credit card on file will be charged for all fees & late charges associated with the delivered package. If you do not agree to these terms please do not order.
